Delivery
Next-day delivery on more than 5,000 lines, free on orders over £75 ex VAT. Order by 3:30pm and it leaves us the same working day.
What it costs
- Free on orders over £75 ex VAT.
- £6.95 flat on orders below that.
- Delivery is charged once per order, not per item or per supplier.
When it arrives
- Order before 3:30pm on a working day and it dispatches that day.
- Most UK mainland addresses receive it the next working day.
- Anything out of stock, or with a lead time of its own, says so on the product page before you order.
Where we deliver
UK mainland addresses, business and residential, on pallets and parcels according to size. If you are off the mainland, in the Highlands, or somewhere a pallet cannot reach, ask us before ordering and we will quote the carriage rather than guess at it.
If something is wrong
Tell us the same day if a delivery arrives damaged or short, and we will sort it. Photographs of the pallet and the packing help, and the delivery note tells us which consignment to look at.
